I received the UKRI Future Leader Fellowship and I can say, without any doubt, that I could not have achieved this without Simon’s support. His incredibly honest and insightful feedback was instrumental in structuring my ideas and my writing. Simon’s approach is both creative and effective which constantly challenged me to think out of the box but also focus on minute details often ignored by others.

 

I have learnt more from Simon about presentation of ideas, coherent writing and telling my story with pride, than all other trainings put together. Simon’s mentoring has not only given me the confidence I needed to win large grants but has overall helped me exponentially to improve my academic writing.
