Through coaching, I facilitate a critical conversation that brings out the best in your research and translates it into a compelling application.

I have stopped counting, but I must have read and supported almost 1,000 applications, with more than £50 million awarded across some of the world's most competitive schemes, including ERC grants (Starting, Consolidator, and Advanced), Horizon Europe, UKRI Future Leaders Fellowships, and British Academy Postdocs. I have particular expertise in ERC applications, from crafting standout proposals to coaching for the interview stage.

My strength lies in providing incisive written feedback that applicants find invaluable, as well as guiding them through the long and demanding process of writing and refining their application—helping them stay focused, motivated, and prepared for the interview.

Previously, I was Research Manager at the University of Oxford’s DPIR, and I have also worked as Research Excellence Manager and Research Development Officer at SOAS, as well as a researcher at King’s College London.
